Terms of Use

Last updated: April 09, 2025

Hello and welcome to Tilbury Trading Masterclass! These Terms of Use are the rules that govern your access to and use of our website and services. By visiting our site, signing up for a free lesson, or joining one of our masterclass packages, you’re agreeing to follow these terms. They’re here to ensure everything runs smoothly for you and us, so please take a few minutes to read through them.

Use of Our Services

Our website and masterclass are designed to help you learn about online trading—think of it as a classroom for market skills. You’re welcome to use it for personal, lawful purposes, like watching our videos or joining our community. However, we ask that you don’t misuse it—like trying to hack the site, posting spam in our forums, or using our content in ways we haven’t okayed. The lessons and materials we provide are educational, based on Mark Tilbury’s experience, but they’re not a promise of specific results—trading’s a journey, and outcomes depend on many factors.

Account Responsibilities

If you sign up for an account (say, to access the Pro or Elite packages), you’ll need to keep your login details safe. That means not sharing your password with anyone and letting us know right away if you think someone’s gotten into your account. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account—like if someone uses it to post comments or access materials—so treat it like your own private key to the masterclass. If you forget your password, don’t worry; we’ve got a reset option for that.

Intellectual Property

Everything you see on our site—the videos, text, graphics, even the layout—is ours, created by the Tilbury Trading Masterclass team. It’s protected by copyright and other laws, which means you can’t copy, share, or sell it without our permission. For example, you can watch our lessons as much as you want for your own learning, but posting them on YouTube or selling them to a friend isn’t allowed. We’ve put a lot of work into this, and we appreciate you respecting that.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the site running and the content top-notch, but we offer it “as is.” That means we can’t guarantee it’ll always be perfect—no dropped connections, no typos, no unexpected glitches. If something goes wrong—like the site’s down when you want to watch a lesson, or you make a trading decision based on our tips—we’re not legally responsible for any issues that come up. Our goal is to teach, not to take on liability for your personal choices. That said, we’re here to help if you run into trouble; just reach out.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms of Use from time to time—like if we add new features or need to comply with new laws. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and let you know through the site or email if it’s a big change. By sticking around after an update, you’re agreeing to the new terms. Check back here occasionally to stay in the loop.
